Arvest Ventures is a private holding focused on talents, specialized in startups and buyouts. We turn talents into Entrepreneurs. Our mission is to develop businesses and leaders toward excellence. We build to last.
We take over companies in which the founders are looking to transition from their current role. We offer them the opportunity to transfer their company with a smooth transition. Our Operating Partners work together with the owner during the process and take over daily management after the acquisition.

Our team
Yves Warnant
Yves Warnant has an MBA from INSEAD and a Master in Electronics Engineering from the University of Liège. After 5 years as a Consultant for Internet access and Digital TV, he decides to become an Entrepreneur and become shareholder and CEO of Dauvister, until 2019. He is founder and Managing Director of Arvest Ventures. Yves is an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, and a coach in Entrepreneurship at University of Liège and Helmo Gramme.
Catherine Ceulemans
Catherine Ceulemans holds a Master in Business Engineering from HEC Liège, and an additional Master in Taxation. She is an auditor and has worked 14 years at EY Audit, where she was Executive Director. Since September 2020, she is the CFO of Arvest Ventures.
Valérie Michel
Valérie Michel holds a Master in Economics from UCLouvain - LSM. She has been HR Director and Secretary of the Board of technological companies. As Operating Partner at Arvest Ventures, she has set up the backoffice of several fast-growing companies.
